Pushrod size - 7.400 or 7.350?

Pushrod size - 7.400 or 7.350? What size pushrods do you recommend with PRC LS6 Stage 2.5 CNC Ported Heads with double gold springs with MS4 Cam (239/242, .649"/.609" 112 LSA)?
TSP recommends 7.350 with a Cometic .040" gasket. I will be doing a GM 0.293".
The heads are milled to .005 on the surface.
Thoughts?
