I run a Ford Accufab 90MM T/B. No problems - just had to set up the trottle cable a little different.

Changed T/B with turbos, therefore no "documented difference". I couldn't imagine running a 75 on my set up. I have always been told "to make power, you need a lot of air in and the ability to push a lot of air out". Seems to work for me.
