Default Old Gas

OK my car sat for a year. The gas in the tank is starting to varnish. I had to put 105 in it to to get it to another shop. He put a new fuel pump in and afr wideband after the turbo. My old tune was fat but with the new motor and heads and cam and turbo make it run super lean like 18:1 or i need to darin all the gas and start new???

Yes, octane rating is probably 50 by now. Octane has a shelf life, thats why we buy high octane fuel only from places that turn their inventory often.
