4th grinds... When my Camaro is cold, it will grind when I try to shift into 4th gear. It only does it once though, and has just started. Does this have something to do with the syncros? Thanks

mine has been doing that when shifting into 4th geat for about 4 years but only about once every 2-3 months. It does it hot or cold. I don't know what it could be.
