Default Is this normal with my spec 3 plus?

I have about 3000 miles on my spec 3 plus i have to say its been great real stong feeling clutch but i have to say the pedal feel on the stock hydrolics could be much better. Well anyways,

I will be racing sometimes doing say a 3rd to 4th shift and shifting fast and hard it will seem like it is slipping into the next gear not a hard jerk or anything just drops some rpm and goes into the next gear somewhat smoothly actualy like an auto with out a shift kit. Too me it almost seems like the hydrolics are not releasing the flulid fast enough and cant keep up with my foot. I am thinking about putting in an ms4 and putting on a 100 shot but i want all my issues to be resolved before adding any more power. I am thinking i need a master cylender upgrade or a rebleed? Please give me your imput if my discription of the problem is not clear enough i will try to do it better for you just let me know thanks.

Also it makes a winding sound when i slip it to take off from a dead stop kinda like a syncro when you down shift into a lower gear when your cruising.
