Default Angel eye halo lights question!

I have Angel eye halo lights and one of the halo's is burnt out. Is there anyway to change it? It doesn't look like there is anyway to get to the bulb. Do any of you have these and have you ever changed them when they went out. These were on the car when I bought it so I don't know much about them.

Thanks for the help.

We can change them for $100, and make them a color as well if you would like.

I know, and I give disclaimers, they are to be used as off road and car shows ONLY. But nobody ever listens.

i'm pretty sure that applies to any state. as long as he runs the "off road use only" disclaimer his *** is covered.
