Default Head and cam setup.

Im in the middle of doing all-kinds of stuff to my Z and I have a chance to get a set of untouched 5.3 heads and have a couple of questions. Im wanting to take them to my local shop and get cnc, port polish, ect. but Im worried about ptv clearance. The cam is a SLP 234 228, .576 .571 on a 113 lobe. so the question is how much can I have milled off if any what size valves to use and still not have to worry about flycutting.

Unless things have changed a lot in the last 10 years or so, must "local shops" are not equipped with a CNC, and even if they are unless they have done numerous LSX style heads they will most likely not have the best of programs for it, so I would opt to send them to someone that specializes in late model GM performance stuff (like many of our sponsors).
