Default Question about oil consumption?

I have a severe case of oil consumption going on. I had a 383 LS1 built and it has 4800 miles on it since the build. The car has used 1 qt of oil per 300 to 350 miles that I have put on the car. The shop that built it said it was the valve seals so I replaced them then they said it was my LS6 PCV set up on my car so I deleted it and used two filters on the valve covers. Low and behold it has used a little over 1 qt of oil in 384 miles. Any suggestions I hate going back to them and complaining but suggestions would be great on what you think the problem is.

Honestly, something's not right.

I'd give it back and let them sort it out, or take them to court.

My guess is possible ring-sealing problems.

i dunno....my 408 uses no oil and I just found out that you arent supposed to let a motor idle long before the rings are seated. I do and always have let it idle while filling radiator...looking for leaks etc......at least 30 minutes which i read is not good....never any ring seal issues for me though
