Considering running FMIC with D1SC
I want to ask the question before I even consider it any further, does it provide any increase in performance? I love how it looks on T/A's. Currently running the D1SC with the dual intercoolers ant blah blah blah you know the drill. Is it pointless to run a FMIC or is it actually better for performance? any help will be greatly appreciated!

If you are only pushing 8 to 10 psi of boost, and you have the larger 4.5" twin hi flow intercoolers, I doubt you would see much of a drop in inlet air temperatures. Past 10 psi of boost, the front mount makes a big difference. Bob

My IAT's went from 120-130 down to 70-80 cruising around town on a 70 degree day. On the dyno or street doing a 4th gear pull they never rose more than about 10 degrees above ambient with the FMIC. I was only at about 10 psi max. I had the original, smaller twins to start with.
