Window Whiper problem

Window Whiper problem
When ever they go down they go down all the way like your cutting them off... there going so low they make a load smack cause they are hitting themselfs... sounds awful when i have them on high.. can anyone help plz!\

Exactly what he said.
Turn the wipers off so they go the 'Park' position (all the way down). Then take off the wiper arms and re-install so that the wiper arms just hit the stops at the fully parked position.

okay let me try doing that, just to let yall know when i turn on the whipers they start out doing okay but then they start freaking out and hitting the bottom then maybe a couple minutes later they fix them selfs and not go all the way down... its off and on but ill still try taking them off in the down position.

Well, if that's the case, it could also be an intermittant problem with the 'PARK' switch on the wiper motor. This is the switch that tells the motor when and where to stop once you turn off the wipers.
