Want to send out Predator, how long? How long does it take them to update my old unit with the new software and send it back to me. In other words turn around time.

I think it will depend on how fast you mail it to them and if they are bac logged.
I paid almost $100 and next day aired mine thru UPS, they got it on a monday and sent it back out the same day.
