Appearance & Detailing - rotor cleaning

what do you guys clean your rotors with? mine have rust all over them!!!

as soon as you start driving the car and braking the rust will be removed.

What part of the rotor?? If it is the middle I suggest buying some silver caliper paint or black for whatever color your car is and painting the middle of them. I did that to mine and they look 10 times better.
