Default Broken tranny mount

Would a broken tranny mount make the car jump alot when shifting in gear or would it more likely be the motor mount? the torque bar that bounts to the tranny that mount seems to be torn in 2 would that cuase that much or no?

buy a 25 dollar polyurathane transmission mount and install it, it takes 15 mins and it is well worth it, It is most likely your problem if you see that it is cracked in half, either way, it is a problem.

if your shifter jumps up when you give throttle, its a trans mount. even if it isnt. Its worth installying the Poly trans mount. My torque arm bushing was broken and it kind of flexed my shifter when I gave throttle, but the broken trans mount makes it very noticable and causes much more movement of the shifter.
