Which serpentine to go with??
Im looking for a complete serpentine kit for a LS1 going in my 68 Camaro and I thought I was going to go with March. I called them today to order up the kit and they said that they have stopped making the kit and will come out in a couple of months with a new kit that fits all of the LSX motors, dont ask me why they just stopped making the LS1 kit in the meantime until they come out with the newer version...
Well with March out of the picture whats all of my alternatives?? Im looking for a good looking kit chromed or polished and complete. I've found a handful of them but Im wondering if there are anymore brands that I havent found. Zoops, S&P, Billet Specialties, Vintage Air am I leaving any out...?? I need to order this up ASAP!!

I hope that is not an indication of trouble.

How about one engineered for your Camaro?
The Sidewinder Performance LSX drive includes the following:
All mounting brackets made of 6061 T6 aluminum with Black hard anodizing
ATS revised GM water pump casting with bolt on pulley, 8 vane scrolled impeller, and ceramic seals.
Lee Engineering GM type II aluminum P/S pump with external res and AN fittings
Powermaster 140 amp alt
Sanden SD7 A/C compressor
ATI super dampner
OEM style tensioner
All hardware is made for the Sidewinder by ARP
ATS desiged pulleys (crank, water pump, A/C compressor cover, Alt fan and pulley, P/S pulley with bolt on hub)
Gates serpentine belt (used on Katech C6R engines)
all needed gaskets
This system will fit into most egine bays, as the accessories do not go outside the physical demensions of the engine/heads.

Hey sierrac3_s2000, It looks almost exactly like the Zoops set up but not quite as good, and Zoops is cheaper by $50 or so.
Tyler, yours looks awesome but I think I read a post on here that it wont be available for another couple of months and whats the price? Plus, black looks good but I think I would want it all chromed will that be an option? Will a stock style alt not work? Will a Sanden 505 or 508 bolt up?
Also Tyler on a different subject when is your body kit going to be available?

Nice Accessory Set-Up!
Tyler, I'm Impressed...That's a really nice arrangement. Wish this kind of stuff was available when I did mine. Especially like the Sanden compressor tucked in like that. I had to go with the S & P set-up, like everyone else in the past. I like the hard anodizing, which I have used before & also a great idea. Gar

Hi Tyler, ...very nice!
Is this drive sys. longer (on the front)? Is it possible to get a similar one custom made? Need a 2nd alternator instead of the aircon unit. And standart (no overdrive/underdrive) pulleys.thanks
