yeah it "should" be able to scan it just fine for free...you should be able to grab the codes & generic parameters since its obd2 but not on our supported list.

Well I am having trouble. When trying to connect to the truck I get a message that says:

"unable to locate VCM, verify cable is connected and key is in the run position."

It works fine when connected to my car and truck.

any ideas????

I already verified that 12v is present.

help

never tried scanning a similar vehicle... so not sure if it should be able to or not... however if it works fine on your other vehicles and not this one... you likely won't be able to scan this one (any vehicle not listed as supporting tuning isn't guaranteed to work for scanning)
