Does any know where I could buy a cam package that would come with everything I would need such as; cam, push rods, springs, oil pump...etc.
I would like to buy it as one kit.

You can order most all of it as a "kit" from one of the sponsers like Texas Speed and TSP, then just add an oil pump or what ever else is needed to the cart.

As far as a buy and install kit I'm not sure who offers one, save the hotcam kit, but thats another story.

Also depending on your cam you'll need different parts. What cam are you looking at?
