Default Stupid DRL bulbs..

OK. So my passenger side DRL bulb is not on during day. It doesn't flash when I hit the turn signal or anything. But when I turn the headlights on, it comes on, but it still does not flash. Even when I turn on the hazard lights on, they don't flash.

Anyone know what the deal is?

More than likely it needs replaced. There two elements in there and one is burned out.

Yeah its a burned bulb. I change them through the brake ducts holes. They burn out so frequently I can change it in less than a minute...
