question about driving records
in TX, if you get a ticket and plan on taking the DD course to wipe it, does it stay on your record as a 'guilty' ticket until you submit the course certificate?
the reason i ask is because my insurance renewal is coming up and there's no way i can get everything submitted in time. also, i plan on switching insurance companies, incase that adds fuel to the fire because they look closer at your record.

Correct, you have until the date given to complete the DD course. Nothing shows up until then, its in hiatus. So you should have no worries there.
