Turbo To Supercharger

ok so im not one fro turbos but i found a deal to good to pass up. im just wondering what it would take to change it to a blower? is it an easy swap or pretty hard?

unbolt the turbo and associated bits, then bolt on headers and the blower related bits.....

Or are you asking something a little more specific ?
