I know a LS6 Intake will fit on an LS2 engine, but will the throttle body of 2004 gto LS2 bolt up to a LS6 intake manifold? Are there any major HP differences with the 2 intakes? Ive read somewhere that they were pretty close on a stock setup. And also will a Ls1 throttle body bolt to a fast 90mm intake?

The 2004 GTO was an LS1, with an LS1 throttle body. This means it's a 3-bolt and WILL work with an LS6 manifold, which the 2004 GTO came with.

2005 GTO's got the LS2 w/ the 90mm TB (4-bolt).
