Default ASP pulley question?

Hey guys my brother ordered a new ASP pulley and wanted to know if anyone has had the same problem. First off he didnt know that there was a change of design, so that came as a surprise BTW the old one looked a lot better. Well after the install he noticed that when the car is on at idle the pulley wobbles, kinda seems like it might be unbalanced or something along those lines. Has anyone had this same problem? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Did you try to heat it up with a torch or in a oven and it should slide all the way on. HOpefully there is not any plastic **** inside that will melt.
