Default cutouts worth it on my setup?

I am putting on FLP long tube headers with the ability to swap out the cats with straight pipes - it goes down to a bullet muffler. Would it be worth it to install cutouts? What could I be looking at in terms of horsepower?

Are you going to dump it off at the axles? If so no the cutout isn't needed. If you have full exaust then ya it might help.

no, i have a bullet muffler with tips all the way out the back. I hear the bullet is free flowing as it is so I figured I'd better ask opinions

Im sure it prob wouldn't be worth the money bc you prob wouldn't gain much at all. Maybe 2-4hp if that.
