Default Quieting electric fuel pumps

This is for carbed cars with external pumps... I should've put that in the sig. My Holley Blue pump plays a tune I do not want to hear. I thought of using some rubber grommets, like those that are on either side of the bulkhead when installing shocks, in the hope of better isolating the vibrating monster. Anyone have a better idea?

Yeah, buy a Mallory. I have mine hard mounted and can hardly hear even without the engine running.

Just spent some time going over a walbro225 in tank set up, sort of a fabbed kit that isn't pnp (not on a 93', splice in only). Tune should take care of the rest. Quiet considering the interior is pig weight stock.

A return line will quiet it down quite a bit and also reduce fuel temps. I run an A1000 with a return and it is pretty quiet for what it is. I'm carb'd also if you didn't remember.
