Correct, everything bolts back up. You will need a Napa pn# 240-0447 conversion U Joint if you are reusing the stock driveshaft. The stock driveshaft has a 1310 yoke, and the Moser comes with a 1350 yoke. Bob

How strong is the conversion U-Joint. Any failures? Is the stock driveshaft stronger?

The stock driveshafts are weak, although they're not as weak as the stock rears. I've seen many of the stock driveshafts pretzel.
The PST driveshaft is what I recommend. Here is a link to it.

From EPP Website:
Street - Strip Aluminum Driveshafts. 6061-T6 Dom tubing gives the most concentric Aluminum Driveshaft available. High strength aluminum tube yokes are Mig welded with less than 10 thousands total run out. The aluminum shaft is balance to less than 1/4 oz to assure vibration free operation.

Why are these not TIG welded. Probably a misprint?

We typically use two 3.0" exhaust clamps. You use the U part of the clamp, and reuse the stock bottom part of the factory sway bar clamp. You will have to oblong the holes in the factory parts, but it is easily done. Bob
