Are there any cops in here that could help me find out the legality of something?

Ok well, I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post, but I recently put about 800 Pokemon cards on my car. It covers about 60% of my Neon... Please, don't ask my why. Anyway, the cards themselves do not interfere with the light signals, brake lights, etc. as there are holes for each of these lights. My question is basically, is this legal? Sure, it could "distract drivers," but so can a lot of things. Cell phones? Billboards? Hell, other cars? (Trans Am WS6 for me ) So yeah, if this is the wrong forum mods, please move it to the appropriate board, because I don't know where else to turn.

Thanks.

Erm... Yeah.

I don't see what the difference between this and a bunch of bumper stickers is.

I think it should be legal as long as it doesn't interfere with any brake lights, head lights, or turn signals. I see a lot of those "art cars" around town.

It's a Neon, why not.

i see those art cars around town every once in awhile, i don't see why this would be different.
