Default '86 Silverado Shortbox LS6 conversion

My first question has anyone put an LS6 in one. If so..
1. What oil pan did you use?
2. Is the PCM able to be reprogrammed for an auto (4L60e) and wiring added to the harness?
3. What clearance issues did you have (manifolds, accesories)?

I have a million other questions but these will get me started, any feedback is greatly appreciated. TIA

Paul
