Default LS1 Heads on 427 ci

will stock LS1 style heads work on a motor that is bored and stroked to 427 ci?

Yes, they won't flow that well but they will work. Best would be to port and polish them and have them flow tested before installation.

why choke a 427? just be patient and save up for some l92 heads or better yet some ls7 heads

In reality, it's not something you would want to do, but you do have the quench area to keep your pistons from contacting the head. All in all, it would be a horrid idea to put stock LS1 bore heads on a 4.125" bore. At a bare minimum, you would want to open the chambers up.
