Default Jeep Whistling sound.

I know it's an ls1 forum, but this is driving me nuts.

My 01 Cherokee (winter Beater) makes a loud whistleing sound when it is cold outside. The sound goes away when you press on the gas petal. It does not seem to do it when it is parked. I tried to get it to do it and open the hood quick to try to find it, but no luck. I think it is some kind of vacuume leak.

I got desporate and took it to the Stealership, but they said the sound went away and they could not find it.

Any help?

sounds like a vaccum leak, take some carb or brake cleaner and spray on small spots at a time to see if the idle goes crazy, if so, you've found a leak
