Signal to fuel pump relay?
My fuel pump is not turning on. I traced it to the green wire with white stripe in the fuse box under the hood (this is the wire that triggers the fuel pump relay). For some reason no voltage is getting to the relay to trigger it and allow current to flow to the pumps. If I manually connect the relay output wires on the car the pumps work. I checked the relay and it is working too. Any idea what could be stopping the current from getting to the relay trigger. Car was running fine when i last started it (~1 month ago).
Any obvious things to check?

Weird?
OK so I started to check all fuses etc.. and now the really weird part, everything but my radio works? Again, everything worked fine ~1 month ago.
Any Ideas before I start disconnecting stuff.
Are the radio accessory and fuel pump trigger connected?

PCM Batt Fuse
OK, for some reason the PCM Batt fuse blows whenever I put one in (no key in ignition). Will continue to diagnose...
Any suggestions?

I did nothing recently to cause it BUT I found the problem. When the PCM Batt goes into the PCM it is right beside the screw. The wire was "looped" in the area of the screw (I guess the guy who had the car before me tightened it like that). Anyway the wire was just barely making a short and i guess over time / vibration it got worst until it was a full-on short. I fixed it and ta-da, it works again.
