Default Clogged cat

I'm running the TSP catted y pipe with my pacesetter longtubes and one of my cats is clogged pretty badly. Anybody know a shop around Plano or Denton that would cut them out, gut them for me, and then weld them back in? Also, do i need to put a straight pipe through them or will they flow ok just gutted?

you could just get an off road y, but if you want your car to appear to have cats your going to have a really hard time getting an exhaust shop to touch it.
