Factory Bolts vs Grade 5 or 8

Factory Bolts vs Grade 5 or 8 Building the internals of my latest engine and need to get some bolts. I can either go the route of getting bolts from a chevy dealer or surplus house or getting grade 5/8 bolts from a hardware store. Basically I need a complete set of bolts from the cam cover to the rear cover. Any benefits of using either bolt. Thanks in advance.

Id use GM bolts for everything except the engine internals and heads. if you want to use high grade bolts for covers and such, feel free, it really wont make a difference though.
