Default In Loving Memory (Of my PI Converter that is)

As Pm'd to.....Ryan (Russ's room mate)
Your Evil......
You used your EVIL LS1 powers and made my converter go out....

OK, actually after I left you guys I noticed my verter was a little flashy...(Should have know then but I've never had a verter go out)....Anyway, got on to WAGA WAY and at the light, my car almost died then I heard a clunk(felt like the verter was locked)...Then Taking off, I lost 1st gear....Make it to Cory's and can't make it up the hill....Then It's time for a ride with Brain and Ryan on the trailer Damn....

Anyway, Ellis told me over the phone that when the Lock up clutch material goes away the lock up tries to weld itself to the front cover (which I had been tuning the upper timing tables up on the Waga hill putting a lot of strain on the lock up mechanism)....Then comes all the metal through the tranny clogging the filter and maybe hosing the pump.....Big DAMNNN

So, PI 1---Jim 0
Here's a last dyno video of that PI verter (when it worked)
http://video.ls1tech.com/video/1369e...e600398bb4.htm RIP you piece of S###

Now with picture[IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]

Wow, that's amazing that you did that with a stock car.

I had no idea my vodoo curse would hold. I've got to be more careful with that. The same curse also took out Kyle's tranny (DSM guy) the next day.

Russ your next... The Goat was in the area when I placed it. Sorry...

Well atleast you have a new Yank on the way! That SS3600 should be fun!

Yank has been good to me, I just wish I could make the car 60'. But damn is my converter efficient, even putting 670+ hp to the wheels it slips less than 5% at 6300 rpm.
