what is your oil psi in your 98 fbody/vette? Seeing that 98's have a bad rep. for oil pump failures, answer the following question:
If you have a stock oil pump in your 1998 fbody/vette, what oil pressure does it read at cold start, hot idle, at cruise, and under full load?
If you have a stock oil pump in your 1998 fbody/vette, what oil pressure does it read at cold start, hot idle, at cruise, and under full load?

90k miles, lots of racing
Mobil 1 5w30
Cold start 50+=ish
Warm Idle 35-40
Cruise 45-50
WOT 60
However, after some vigorous road racing the idle pressure drops to about 20ish and wot drops a bit also.. Basically drops a good deal all around.
