Default Need a little help

I just did a head gasket change over, and got it all put back together and went to start it, and the belt had a crazy scream to it, so i readjusted that and it still had it but slowly went away longer into the idle. The idle is high (1400ish) all the vaccum lines are plugged in, and there is smoke coming from all the spark plugs, (around the headers area) any ideas?

The car is a 95, would it possiably have an AIR system to go with the EGR? thats what could be causing the noise. as for the smoke in the engine bay, it was coming from an unhooked EGR causing more fuel dump in the cylinders.

It turns out that the throttel cable was just a little loose causing excessive reving. So, if any has this type of issue check that cable.
