If your running a high power stereo, check the alternator. They can quit on you pretty easy sometimes. Ever replaced the alt?

well if your battery was just in the green then all you might have to do is replace the alt. and charge the battery and you'll be good to go. But if you drained a cell in the battery you might have to replace it too. Get that alt. checked.

Would like to throw in that when you get the alternator checked go to a shop that has the one that checks it while its running and can put a load on it. Most parts places can only tell you if it puts out voltage and if the diodes are good.
