Default egr and o2 questions

just installed qtp lts and removed egr and air and was wondering is it ok to just plate off the port that went into intake right after throttle body. Also right now im open headers. Not driving it anywhere yet but i dont have upstream o2's in but have downstream o2 sims plugged in should i unplug those 2

You'll need to make a good seal where the EGR went into the manifold, 1-3/4" adjustable freeze plug does this well.

You need the upstream O2's. Do you have them disconnected so you don't burn 'em up? (open headers) You can leave the downstream O2's with sims plugged in, they ONLY keep the SES light from coming on, but that will probably come on anyway, since you don't have the front O2's plugged in.

thanks just keeping the front 02's out untill get my y pipe in monday. Not driving it yet but i do got to drive it about 15 miles to get my custom ory w/ e-cutout done. Thanks
