Default valve covers

when I do my cam swap I was thinking about painting my valve covers red. I have a black car and thought that the valve covers would match the strut tower brace, battery, calipers etc.... what do you guys think?

Good idea, But I would have them powdercoated. Much better results, and will be less likely to fade and chip. Just my 2 cents.

I say powdercoat as well. Too much stuff WILL chip them as you reinstall.
