Gas prices.....
CBS News this morning said that US gas prices now range of $1.93/gal. in Georgia, to $3.25/gal. of regular at the pumps in California...Can't the Texas oilmen that control gas/oil prices make the spread just a LITTLE closer than that? Some politicians are saying that it's because the refineries have had some "bad luck." WTF is with that? WJ

For the 3 years I have been driving between PA and MD the gas was cheaper in PA
Now there is 20C difference, higher in PA...WTF. Some politician pass a gas-in-the-a$$ tax.

I'm happy to report that a short while ago I did crest the magical $2 barrier and filled up the mighty Cav @ $1.99 a gallon, of course it's back up to $2.40ish (for the cheap stuff).

The Kalifornia ECO-***** get what they deserve for specifying their own special blend of gas. Unfortunately our single party brain dead Mass govt follows californias CARB blindly and we get stuck with the same *****. If the DOT specified 3 blends of gas for the entire country 87, 89, and 93 gas would be .75 a gallon cheaper and you would not have the price spikes due to spot shortages.

If everyone got together for 1 week and boycotted Mobil/Exxon, or Shell, 2 of the heaviest supply companies (and always most expensive) it might just hurt them some, they'd have all this excess, and maybe the prices would drop...Maybe sounds stupid, but anything's worth a try for a week or 2....?
