Default Very high idle problem after motor swap. Please Help!!!

I put my new motor in a 99 z last night and now the throttle wont shut all the way. Seems to be because of this electric motor (which i believe has something to do with traction control) that wont allow enough slack in the throttle cable. I cant find any way to adjust it and need help ASAP. Thanks in advance. The electric motor i am refering to sets right behind the battery.

Remove the traction control from the vehicle.

Edit: actually, I think that item is the cruise control.

Well i kinda did that. I just took it apart and let all of the tension off the gears. put it back togethr and left it unplugged. so no more traction control.
