Default wtf is up with my ls1

i need help new to Ls1's thanks in advance. Ok so i got the car nothing wrong with it then my battery started leaking acid no big deal just replace it right.But to get the car home i touched the top post from the old battery with a new one and the car had drastic power surges and i fried the RADIO the ABS fuse my brake light was on ok so then i replace a couple fuses and my brake lite and abs inop light turn off but now my car is reading extremely low volts on a new battery that starts the car fine my speed o is on crack if you rev it it jumps to like 70 m.p.h. at a dead stop and my dash lights are all dim the car is reading low voltage but if i step on the car the rpms run to 7000 but there way off it gets to 7000 like in a few seconds and i know its not turning 7 grand PLEASE HELP!!!

check all grounds in the engine bay. there should be 2 near the battery and 2 near the fuse box. make sure they are clean and tight.

check both battery terminals and make sure they are clean and tight, and the top and sides of the battery has no dirt/oil/acid/grease on it.

check all fuses inside and in the engine bay. replace any broken ones.

take the battery back to where you got it for a load test.
