Default Freaking dealerships

Ok so I got my car back from the dealership a week ago after the changed my catalitic converters, and ever since then I can smell the oil burning and today the low oil light came on. Now I know what to do, change the oil pan gasket, but do you think the dealership could have messed up my oil pan somehow? Suggestions are welcome.

Make sure the sensor is pluged in, check level of oil of course....take it back and have them re-check it.
