Default Best place to buy 1/2" spacers?

Hey guys I am looking for 1/2 spacers. Where is the best place to buy them. I noticed a set on EBAY but they aren't the hub centric design. Any help would be great.

Isn't it bad to run spacers like those? Wouldn't it be better with the adaptor like ones??
