Default PVC issues

Just wondering if my friend would have PVC issues with his new cam.
Cam specs are 257/266 643/622 110lsa. He has copper gaskets stock thickness with reliefs on the piston tops of -2cc. Pistons come out of the deck 5 thousandths. Heads are stg 3 ls6 head with no milling.
Thanks for any help.

I think it would be crazy to guess. That is a lot of exhaust duration and guessing can be disastrous.
