Default Highest lift anyone is running with stock LS7 rocker arms?

Just wondering what is the most cam lift someone is running with stock LS7 rockers (not Jesels, etc.)? I know of some in the 0.650" range, but wondering if someone has pushed this more.

We're going to be playing with a buddy's car soon (C6 Z06) and will have the motor out to be able to mock up piston-to-valve clearance and how the rockers do on the valve tip with a very high lift cam.

Thanks for the input. Take care. Dave

PS: For those all secretive, I don't need duration or LSA.

I did, I ran .669 lift. I highly recommend the harland sharp mod...I had 2 rockers fail on me and spill needle bearings everywhere. One was the exhaust as well (.655)

FWIW I was running a 246/257 112+2 .669/.655 Cam Motion

Also, with that high of lift, you are going to want to pay special attention to the wipe pattern as I can almost guarantee it will be off. We used custom thickness lash caps from a bmw/porsche place on the east coast. A lot cheaper than custom length TI valves

Greg thanks for the info. You are exactly right on the wipe pattern, and that's why I mentioned it in my questions. I'm running a similar cam to yours with my stock LS1 rockers in my Firebird (worked LQ4 / LQ9 317 heads) and the wipe pattern is fine.

On the Harland Sharp mod, can you elaborate? I'm familiar with them, but not of the specific mod you are referring to. Thanks. Dave

Basically, they replace the stock fulcrums with MUCH heavier duty ones. I remember searching for some pics...somebody has them. They are well worth the $250. Good stuff.
