So here is the deal. I have done alot of searches(right now its down though) and have found parts and peices, but wanted to get everything straight and make sure I know everything I need to get.

Things I'm sure I need:
-RMVB TH350
-Conversion Crossmember
-Cable operated shifter
-Trans Cooler
-Converter
-Flexplate
-Tunnel mount torque arm
-sheet metal to cover shifter tunnel hole
-TH350 poly-mount

Things I am unsure of:
-Different size driveshaft?
-Trans oil hard or soft lines to cooler?
-Additional wiring?
-PCM modifications?
-Auto or manual console?
-pedal assembly?

...and anything else I missed.
