I have a questin and i hope somebody can help me. I just bought a 99 z28 n the tranny grinds going into second gear but only when i try to shift pretty quick. It shifts fine if i shift nice and slow. Also the clutch doesnt engage until i let the pedal out like three or four inches. Is that normal or do you think i need a new clutch and if so what kind do you recomend? With the grinding i thought it might be like a shift fork or maybe the syncronizers or maybe the clutch. I dont know so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

change the fluid in it first....then if the problem continues id look into a new clutch
