Suggestions for aftermarket CAM in LS6

Suggestions for aftermarket CAM in LS6 I've been trying to use the search function all day but I keep receiving errors. I'm sure this has been asked before but I'll ask again.
I have an 2001 Z06 and I'm looking to throw on an aftermarket intake, exhaust and a cam. I'm going to leave the heads alone so my questions is, what is the best cam to use? I know going huge isn't always necessarily good, esp with the stock heads and valvetrain. Any suggestions would be appreciated... thanks.

I just put a thunder racing "TRAK" cam in mine ...i like it alot better than the MS3 so far, and i havent even finished the tune on it. Lots of torque down low and a crazy pull up top.

Exhaust would be aftermarket cat-back with stock cats.

220/228 112 112 would be a good crusing cam for a Z06 with stock manifolds and stock cats. You could probably go a bit bigger but this would give a good gain. Pretty close to a Hotcam but you can grind on it faster Xer lobes with more lift and have a bigger gain.
