Default TSP 640+HP L92 Engine & Chassis Dyno Sheets & Results

Guys here's some dyno sheets from our recent dyno testing on the 418cid stroker with 1 7/8" long tubes.

Here's the dyno sheet from the engine on the chassis dyno (1 3/4" headers) with the 251/259 110+3 LSK Camshaft:

The following dyno data is the exact same engine installed on the engine dyno with 1 7/8" headers.

Here's the specs on the engine:

TSP 418cid L92 Stroker
4.080" Bore
4" Stroker
Precision Race Components 6.2l Heads
PRC Platinum Spring Kit
Texas Speed 251/259 Camshaft 110+3
ASP Underdrive Pulley
Stock 6.2l Intake w/ stock 6.2l injectors

Here's a dyno sheet from A XER intake/LSK exhaust camshaft we tested before the 251/259 camshaft.

This camshaft is a 242/251 111+2 Comp Cam.

No, they lost 80hp through the drivetrain. The 1 7/8 is on an engine dyno, the 1 3/4 is rwhp.

No look at the avarage RPM's and factor that into the avarage power.
The smaller cam dyno had a higher RPM avarage which means it was in the main power band the majority of the run, where as the bigger cam has a lower avarage RPM and probally has factored more low RPM numbers into the avarahe HP and TQ.

Was the dyno operator scared to find the rest of the power on the larger cam setup? BSFC is kinda high towards the end. Or the heads really arent that efficient for making power up there.

Just wondering if the AF from 5200-6300 on that dyno sheet is accurate?

By 6.2L intake, do you mean the L76, factory truck L92 or LS3 vette intake?
