Default cam on budget

I want to install my LE1 cam this spring but I need to run on a very tight budget (replacing clutch, roadtrips, ect.)... What do I absolutely need and what can I keep and use again?

This will be installed by myself.

By the way, the timing chain was replaced with the opti less than 2000 miles ago

I would get new lifters and springs to be on the safe side. IMO you should be good after that. I know some people that have put new cams in and left the stock lifters in and the car ran good. I am not sure about the push rods.

There are others that Know more than me that could help. so good luck on your car.

since the timing chain was replaced all you really should need are springs and pushrods. you could get the crane 10308 kit and pushrods for under 250 new.
