Tail light lens to a 1982 Firebird...
Well my problem is this,in Sweden its not legal to have a whole red tail light lens, the turn indicator light have to be orange.
I have seen some newer Firebirds 85,86-early 90 that have orange turn indicator lens.
Where can i get lenses like that, and does a lens from a late 80th Firebird fit on my 82?

82-92 are all the same, how newer ones would look in older I'm not sure. My 91 Formula had those style. I still have them, and not the car, if you want to buy them. I don't know how bad shipping would be though.

Any taillights from 82-92 will fit a 82 Bird. Base Firebirds and Formulas from 1985-1992 have the amber turn signal lens. Trans Ams from 1982-1990 are all red and have red turn signals in the brake lights as well. 91-92 Trans Ams have a big yellow turn signal section. If I were you, and they would be hard to find I imagine, but look for some 91-92 TA lights. With the way that the 82 Trans Am lights are wired, it would be a direct bolt in with no splicing of wires whatsoever. But for what it's worth, I put 82 TA lights onto my 89 Formula with the ambers. Rewiring wasn't that hard.
